What started as a joke between friends, became so muuch more. MUU transforms everyday irony into extraordinary jewellery. The brand believes that inspiration can be found in the weirdest places and that true beauty only emerges when you embrace life's eccentricities.
Humour and sentimentality intertwine seamlessly in each of the brand's signature pieces. They are more than just accessories; they are treasures symbols of shared jokes, memories and experiences. Each piece is intended to live beyond the now and to be passed as only the best stories are from one generation to the next.
Bianca Forsblom and Alexandra Persson are the architects of MUU's collections and unique identity. They met at the Florence-based fashion school Polimoda and originally hail from Sweden. Their aesthetic combines Scandinavian simplicity and Italian craftsmanship.
Every piece is made to order, and we kindly ask for your patience as we take 1-3 weeks to handcraft your piece before shipping, unless otherwise communicated. If you have a specific date in mind, please reach out to us at

While the delivery periods mentioned in the quotation are provided in good faith, actual delivery dates will be confirmed at the time of the order, considering our current workload and material procurement. If unforeseen circumstances impact the estimated delivery date, we will promptly provide you with a revised schedule.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to inspect, try, and report any issues with your item within this timeframe:
For returns due to fitting issues or a change of mind, customers are responsible for returning shipping costs and coordinating with their local post or carrier.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please submit a request to
muu.jewellery@gmail.com. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy
To exchange a product, place a new order while returning the unwanted item within 7 days of reception. Follow our return policies for the process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and coordinating the return with their local post or carrier.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund and invite you to place a new order for the correct product.
We'll keep you informed about the status of your return and notify you of the refund approval. Once approved, the refund will be processed according to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
